Sweat, smile, and connect with a community of strong women at our Second Saturdays strength x run class-a unique indoor and outdoor workout combining functional training with our scenic bay front trail for running. Lead by our energizing coaches Aundria and Mara, this hour class starts with strength circuits and is followed by a light group run/walk along the water.
