Strong, Fierce. Unstoppable. This bi-weekly Strength x Boxing class is where women come to punch, build, and feel powerful-inside and out. Each session is lead by our badass boxer Erica and combines boxing drills with functional training to tone muscle, torch calories, and boost confidence. Think, self defense meets strength training!
