Open to non-members! Spots limited!

Sweat, smile, and connect with a community of strong women at our Second Saturdays strength x run class-a unique indoor and outdoor workout combining functional training with our scenic bay front trail for running. Lead by our energizing coaches Aundria and Mara, this hour class starts with strength circuits and is followed by a light group run/walk along the water. All levels are welcome-whether you’re building endurance or just in it for the movement and views! Tickets go live every 1st of the month. Members $25, Non-members $35
