Membership Terms

1.0 Membership Eligibility

1.1 Memberships are non-transferable and require a valid government-issued ID at signup.
1.2 All members must complete a liability waiver and health disclosure form prior to facility use.

2.0 Membership Options & Payments

2.1 Memberships are offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
2.2 Payment is due in advance and will auto-renew unless canceled per the terms below.
2.3 We accept credit/debit cards only. No cash or checks.
2.4 A one-time enrollment fee may apply to new members.
2.5 Missed payments may result in a frozen or terminated membership.

3.0 Cancellations & Freezes

3.1 Members may cancel monthly memberships (after 6 month commitment) with a minimum 30-day written notice to operations@thegemwellnesscollective,com before the next billing cycle.
3.2 Annual memberships are non-refundable but may be paused up to 1 month a year with written notice to operations@thegemwellnesscollective.com
3.3 To cancel or freeze a membership, written notice must be sent to operations@thegemwellnesscollective.com

4.0 Facility Use & Code of Conduct

4.1 Members must enter via Verkada app
4.2 Proper athletic attire is required at all times.
4.3 Equipment must be wiped down after use. Re-rack weights and respect shared spaces.
4.4 Harassment, threatening behavior, or misuse of equipment may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5.0 Health & Safety

5.1 Members must not attend the facility if experiencing illness or contagious symptoms.
5.2 The gym reserves the right to close certain areas for maintenance, deep cleaning, or health compliance.
5.3 Emergency protocols must be followed at all times.

6.0 Personal Training & Classes

6.1 Personal training and specialty classes may be available at an additional cost.
6.2 Class schedules and trainers are subject to change.
6.3 Cancellations for paid sessions must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

7.0 Liability & Risk

7.1 Members assume all risks associated with gym use and participation in classes.
7.2 The gym is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
7.3 Lockers are available, but valuables should not be left unattended.

8.0 Amendments

8.1 The gym reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with notice.
8.2 Continued use of the facility after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
